Key to our continued success in this hypercompetitive space is taking enormous volumes of data and turning them into useful, actionable information to drive increased user engagement through great Bing features and improvements. We’re talking petabytes of data about how searches succeed, how they fail, and how we can improve Bing and our partner properties like maps, commerce, travel, and more.

The Bing Global PM team in Bellevue is looking for a program manager to enable key Bing engineering teams to ship their features in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a background in Search, with deep expertise in globalization, localization, market customization and familiarity with data analysis.

Skills & Qualifications
As a successful PM in this role, your collaboration and your impact & influence skills will be critical to success. You will be working with key Bing feature teams to help define their internationalization requirements, and then to help them plan and execute on delivering their features to key markets around the world. Bing is a fast-paced, agile environment. Change is constant. Our partners are worldwide. You must be comfortable with and inspired by this sort of environment.

Experience Required

Required
- Interest and experience with product globalization (globalization, localization, market customization)
- 3+ years of experience as a program manager
- Strong track record of delivering results in cross-team situations. Excellent collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with agile development methods.
- Able to balance and prioritize competing workloads.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Comfortable working at all levels of an organization.
- Self-starter and self-motivated.

Bonus
- Experience with large-scale web development
- Experience with shipping products internationally
- Ability to participate in code reviews with focus on international
- Data mining/data analysis skills
- A MS in CS or the Equivalent
