Bing is looking for a skilled Program Manager to drive the next generation of natural interaction within Microsoft products, including Xbox One and Cortana on Windows Phone! We’re looking for the One PM who is comfortable working directly with speech and natural language processing scientists and product teams to deliver a world-class speech experience. Particular skills involve working with scientists and developers on the care and feeding of large scale language models; building scalable, multi-language platforms and processes; and enabling learning systems.
You must show demonstrated excellence at thinking like the user, working as a partner, and building as an engineer. Excellent written and oral communications,
Strong project management skills,
Demonstrated experience at evaluating end-user experiences to arrive at technical requirements,
Demonstrated feature PM work. Technical knowledge in automatic speech recognition, natural language processing, or search technologies,
5 years’ experience shipping products in a program management role, across multiple product cycles,
A BA/BS in Computer Science, Human/Computer Interaction, or Computational Linguistics.
Ideal candidates have experience building non-English language natural language processing and cloud and device-based systems.
