On Bing Homepage team you’ll be responsible for developing and shipping experiences on Bing.com homepage which is seen by millions of users every single day. We have a rapid development model where we ship code on daily basis. To ensure great user experiences, your work will involve managing dependencies involving designers, backend teams and other partner teams. You need to be passionate about technology, building great user experiences and cross-team collaboration.
The responsibilities of the position include:
Design, code and ship UX features
Manage dependencies to ensure features ship on time and with high quality
Handle and prioritize fast changing requirements efficiently
Assist in live site monitoring to ensure availability and performance
This job requires strong technical skills including:
Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Computer Science or an equivalent program
Experience with multithreaded programming in C# and/or C++
Experience with XML, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and browser compatibility
